“When should I pray so that the Lord will reply❓”

The Lord replies at His will.

MIH Prayer Meeting

Maggie said, “Any prayer requests?”

I said, “So…finally, I have a piece to come - Super Mario Castle Theme Guy, which I have just arranged. I’d like to play the clarinet part. But it depends on whether I can find a conductor. Let me share the audio to the Whatsapp Group.”

Maggie said, “Good.”

I opened the WhatsApp Web on the computer.

Maggie said, “Let us pray. Dear Lord, we’d like to thank you for…”

After the prayer, the moment I was about to drag the music track into the WhatsApp Group…

I said, “Hold on. Spare me a minute. I have something to tell you guys.”

Maggie said, “Say it.”

I said, “I just found on my WhatsApp that the Lord had already replied half an hour ago. He answered at 11:15. My classmate agreed to conduct for the piece.”

Maggie said, “That’s why we always need to thank the Lord…”
……

Another me said, “I’m now going to give thanks to the Lord.”

I said, “Good.”

Another me said, “And I’lll check my WhatsApp.”

I said, “Check what?”

Another me said, “His reply.”

I said, “Are you waiting for His reply?”

Another me said, “Of course. I’ve already said, ‘Thanks, Lord.’ He should have left me a reply  half an hour ago.”

I said, “You’re sick.”

Another me said, “Both of us are His children. You are no more important than I am. The Lord’d given you a reply 30 minutes before you gave thanks in prayers. How couldn’t He have  replied to me?”

I said, “What kind of attitude is it?”

Another me said, “What’s wrong? I’m not asking the Lord to answer me 30 minutes beforehand. As long as He’s answered when I check it after prayers, that is fine.”

I said, “Does the Lord owe you a reply?”

Another me said, “I’ve given thanks in prayers already. Does he discriminate?”

I said, “You are not sincerely giving thanks to the Lord in prayers.”

Another me said, “I said ‘thanks Lord’ once already. This is the second time.”

I said, “You’re giving thanks? I think you’re calling loans.”

Another me said, “I’m calling loans?"

I said, “You demand a reply after your thanksgiving prayers. He’d better done it half an hour beforehand.”

Another me said, “I didn’t say the Lord must pay back.”

I said, “That’s great. The Lord’s never considering paying back anyway."

Another me said, “How do you know?”

I said, “The Lord always replies according to His own will.”

Another me said, “So why on earth do I give thanks in prayers then?”

I said, “Talk to Him and thank Him for His salvation, His presence, His correction, His forgiveness, His teaching……and so on. If not, do you want to call loans?”
