Today, I took Pei Pei and Yi Tong to the vet. And I asked my sister, who was off from work in the afternoon, for help.

I said, “Before I said our eldest uncle, who had passed away, used to pick on me.”

Sister said, “Yes.”

I said, “I don’t think so now.”

Sister said, “What?”

I said, “Before I said our eldest uncle, who had passed away, showed favouritism on you.”

Sister said, “Yes.”

I said, “Now I found that he’s reasonable.”

Sister said, “Of course. When I was young, I was lovable. The moment uncle was back, I’d greet him at the door.”

I said, “But I, despite living in uncle’s house, enjoying his food and provisions, would greet him even if he was in.”

Sister said, “You’re like that. You used to show a long face.”

I said, “Not only did I give no greeting, but I even cried when uncle scolded me.”

Sister said, “Then uncle would tell you to hide your panda-like tear-filled eyes from him.”

I said, “Then I’ll be crying until my grandma has come to my support.”

I said, “If she hasn’t yet, I’ll cry louder and louder until I throw out.”

I said, “If I throw out, she’ll certainly come to my support and stop my uncle.”

Sister said, “You’re a kid just disgusting.”

I said, “To be more accurate, I’m a terribly disgusting rascal.”

Sister said, “Normally, nobody will like you. No wonder why you said uncle is reasonable.”

I said, “If I now met who I was, not only would I express my dislike to myself, but also slap myself awake.”

Sister said, “That’s why uncle loved me the most. I shared nothing similar as you were, and I’d walk forward and greet him.”

I said, “But if uncle were still alive, he might not love you only.”

Sister said, “What?”

I said, “I’m confident he might now love me as well.”

Sister said, “What is so lovable in you now?”

I said, “Not only will I walk forward and greet him, but I’ll also say sorry to him and promise him that I will no longer be a terribly disgusting rascal.”
