“When do we often ignore God❓”

When gazing at the world too long.

Minister Maggie was teaching Matthew 11:37-54, about how Jesus reproached the Pharisees and the teachers of the Law.

Another me said, “We’re studying the Bible. What are you moving from side to side?”

I said, “I’m a little tired.”

Another me said, “Let’s go running for the last one-third of the class. Then, it is about time to teach.”

I said, “But the class isn’t done yet.”

Another me said, “Log out on your i-pad and log in on your smartphone. Listen and run."

I said, “Good idea.”

……

Maggie said, “Has anyone of you ever ignored God for the attention of the World?”

…..

Another me said, “Have you ever ignored God?”

I said, “No.”

Another me said, “When we were leading the Bible study, was there any member, like you, leaving the class in the midway for what he wanted to do?”

I said, “Yes.”

Another me said, “How did you feel?”

I said, “Angry.”

Another me said, “Angry about what?”

I said, “Why did I pre-study the Bible so hard? In order to talk to nobody?”

Another me said, “Nobody’s left in the classroom?”

I said, “Just several are gone.”

Another me said, “Just several are gone. Why are you so angry?”

I said, “Fewer attendants. My effort is wasted.”

Another me said, “I know why God’s sent you to music studies!”

I said, “To realise my dream with me.”

Another me said, “More than that.”

I said, “What else?”

Another me said, “God doesn’t want you to ignore Him.”

I said, “When I was leading Sunday school, I always came across brothers and sisters that always mentioned Jesus to me. How could I have ignored Him?”

Another me said, “You fix your eyes back onto God since you studied music.”

I said, “How come? There is nearly nobody talking about God in the music school.”

Another me said, “In somewhere alien to you as music study, you gaze at God every day and ask Him to show you where to go.”

I said, “The bible was once alien to me as well. I always looked at at God when I was leading the Bible study.”

Another me said, “You weren’t always looking at God.”

I said, “I wasn’t? If I was, whom was I looking at?”

Another me said, “You’re looking at the several absentees and got angry.”
