Director said, “Alright, do what I say. Let’s start your right hand.”

I said, “OK.”

Director said, “Press a key only with your 1st finger.”

When I pressed a key with my 1st finger, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th followed.

Director said, “Press a key only with your 2nd finger.”

When I pressed a key with my 2nd finger, the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th followed.

Director said, “Press a key only with your 3rd finger.”

When I pressed a key with my 3rd finger, the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th followed.

Director said, “Press a key only with your 4th finger.”

When I pressed a key with my 4th finger, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th followed.

Director said, “Press a key only with your 5th finger.”

When I pressed a key with my 5th finger, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th followed.

I said, “So?”

Director said, “Your fingers aren’t independent.”

I said, “What!”

Director said, “One of the reasons why you gets stiff on the keyboard is the lack of independence in your fingers.”

I said, “How do independent fingers look like?”

Director said, “When one moves, the others don’t.”

I said, “How can others not follow?”

Director said, “Lightly rest them on the keys. Don’t leave the keyboard. Then, they are not following.”

I said, “I can’t do it yet.”

Director said, “Relax, slow down, and try it again.”

Another me said, “How difficult music is! Why don’t you ask God to send someone to offer help?”

I said, “He’s already sent teachers to give instructions. He’s even called the director.”

Another me said, “Alas, even with their instructions, what is also as hard is your learning and practices. Why don’t you just ask God to send someone to offer help?”

I said, “He wants to train me up to develop my independence.”

Another me said, “For what do you have to go through such trainings?”

I said, “It’s teachers that give instructions but it’s I myself that learns them. It’s teachers that give demonstrations but it’s I myself that do practices.

Another me said, “Learning, practicing, does it matter a lot to ask God for a little bit of help?”

I said, “Who knows little and needs growth? Is it God Himself or I myself?”

Another me said, “How to develop your independence?”

I said, “God asks nobody but only me to go.”

Another me said, “Nobody else does He ask? Didn’t He command we love our neighbours? Does God still love you?”

I said, “If He doesn’t, why would He have bothered to develop my independence by asking only me to go alone?

Another me said, “But anyone, left behind are only you alone.”

I said, “Only me alone? God says He’ll will always walk with us. You don’t believe, do you?”

Another me said, “But physically only I go, I can’t do it yet.”

I said, “Relax, slow down, and try it again.”
