Class ended. Students A and B left. The next one, Student C, sent me a WhatsApp text.

Student C said, “Sorry, I’ll arrive in 10 minutes.”

I took the key and went to the washroom. When I was back to the door,

Another me said, “Still some time left. Let’s go there and take a look.”

I said, “You mean the newly opened music centre?”

Another me said, “Yes, the one with a glass wall and two rooms that accommodate two drum sets.”

I walked across into the music centre.

Staff said, “Learning instruments?”

I said, “Any catalogue?”

Staff said, “Yes, this is our new branch. Let me show you in, shall we?”

I said, “OK.”

I followed the staff.

Staff said, “This room is for chamber music.”

Staff said, “These two are for piano.”

Staff said, “These two are drums. We’ll get a curtain here soon.”

I said, “Actually, I’m quite attracted by the glass wall that displays the drums inside.”

Staff said, “Really? But some students said they don’t like being watched when they’re having their lesson. By the way, which instrument are you interested in?”

I said, “Thanks for your introduction. Let’s me think about it.”

Staff said, “Would you mind leaving me your number? We can contact each other there. When you’ve made up your mind, simply tell me in WhatsApp.”

I said, “I’m working nearby. I’ll come back when I’ve got a decision.”

I took a catalogue, left the music centre and returned for classes.

Classes ended. When I was about to leave,

Another me said, “Let’s take a look at the catalogue.”

I said, “OK. Wow, what?”

Another me said, “What?”

I said, “There’s a music composition / arrangement and recording course.”

Another me said, “Composition / Arrangement, you’ll start learning then in music school next year. Stay focused.”

I said, “No, here writes that the course is conducted with the use of Logic Pro. Students can make a mp3 themselves.”

Another me said, “Logic Pro, you’ve found a course about Logic Pro, haven’t you?”

I said, “Yes, but it’s so expensive. And it’s not all of it. Only a tiny part covers Logic Pro and the remaining isn’t all about music either.”

Another me said, “So the Lord has found you Hong Kong International Institute of Music for your your music learning.”

I said, “The school’s got so many professionals to teach music but there is no Logic Pro course there.”

Another me said, “That’s why the Lord introduced you to the YouTuber that demonstrated how to use Logic Pro.”

I said, “Yes, he indeed uploaded a lot of teaching videos. But they are to me something I find it hard quite hard to connect altogether. I feel dizzy after watching several.”

Another me said, “So this music composition / arrangement and recording course is what the Lord’s tailor-made for you. Wonderful.”

I stepped into the music centre.”

I said, “I want to leave you my number. WhatsApp me please.”

Staff said, “Which course are you interested in?”

I said, “The music composition / arrangement and recording course, the one that involves the use of Logic Pro.”

......

I said, “Why is there suddenly a music centre opened just opposite to us?”

Another me said, “I don’t know. Ask the music centre.”

I said, “Why is there a teacher in the music centre that teaches Logic Pro?”

Another me said, “The centre may not know. Ask the teacher in the first lesson.”

I said, “You show me to some others for answers whatever questions I ask you. Now that you know nothing, why did you ask me to walk to the music centre on the other side in the first place?”

Another me said, “Your student said he’d be late for 10 minutes. You had nothing else to do but to wait after the washroom. Then, I saw the nice drum sets behind the glass wall so I asked you to walk in.”

I said, “Not exactly. You know earlier in advance that the Lord’d got preparation before you asked me to go there, right?”

Another me said, “Mad. If you hadn’t walked in, how could you have seen the Lord’s preparation there? You’d have had only the icy wind freezing your face!”
